We provide you with comfortable linens, quilts, blankets, and extra pillows as part of your stay.

Your bathrooms will also be stocked with: Bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. For your convenience we also provide reusable make-up towels for use during your stay. In addition, we stock the bathrooms with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap*. Each bathroom will be stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper.

If you need any sort of hair tools, we recommend you bring them yourself so you can ensure you have what you need!

Upon your arrival you'll find a welcome basket with a few kitchen and home essentials to get you started on the right foot! We will provide you with several dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels rolls, and a brand new sponge.

The kitchen will also be prepared with 2 kitchen towels and dish soap for your use.

We hope these essentials will make your packing easier and your stay even more enjoyable!

*Starting in 2026 we will be providing shampoo/conditioner/soaps. Until then our old property manager will be preparing the home so they will not be available. Please bring your own if you're visiting us in 2025!

Of course!

Our pool is a nice large salt water pool with a 12" deep splash deck. Within the pool we have 2 big chairs you can sit on while in the water.

Our hot tub is chlorinated to ensure it stays balanced during your stay. It can seat 6-7 adults.

While our place isn’t 100% ADA compliant, we do our best to make it work for guests with mobility needs. Here are some of the features that may help make your stay more accessible:

• Elevator: Yup, we’ve got one that hits every floor, so getting around is a breeze.

• Ground Floor Features: There’s a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) right on the ground level. Plus, you’ve got a second fridge and a kitchen sink down there too.

• Entrances: We have two ground-floor entrances, each with just a small step, so they’re pretty wheelchair-friendly.

• Doorways: Standard width.

• Pool Access: There’s one full step from the house to the pool area, but you can avoid it by using the grassy side yard to get between levels.

• Beach Access: They just added a new cool beach mat on the walkway heading into the beach, so it's way more wheelchair-friendly now!

The beach is only a 5-7 minute walk away (this may vary depending on how many kids you're bringing with you and how much stuff is in your wagon 😅)

You will want to walk down Ride Lane, and then turn right onto Balchen Street. At the end of Balchen, you'll just cross Beach Road and then entrance will be right there.

Note - They just added a new cool beach mat on the walkway heading into the beach, so it's way more cart / wheelchair friendly now!

Our home is pet-free, with no guest or owner pets allowed, ensuring a comfortable stay for those with allergies.

We gladly welcome guests with official service dogs. If you’re bringing a service dog, please reach out before booking. We’ll kindly ask for your service dog documentation ahead of your stay.
